Pinion Place Studio is a 1500 sq/ft open concept studio complete with 2 large bedrooms, large living area, full bathroom, full kitchen, and large empty walls for tons of space to get creative with. Main area is roughly 15x25 ft. It’s in a walk out basement with huge west facing windows and 9ft ceilings, so it gets great light almost all day. We have different rollup backdrops, as well as a rolling double sided wall for different options of backgrounds. We also allow small events in this space.
